I’m logged into your website. Why can’t I view pricing?
  • Besides creating an account on our website, you will also need to be given access to our professional portal to view pricing and place orders. Please complete our application form and submit a copy of your current aesthetic/medical license. Once your application form and license are reviewed, you will be granted full access to our website.
Where can I fill out the application form?

  • Attach a copy of your current aesthetic/medical license with your application.
  • If you are based in California, please also include your reseller’s permit to avoid paying sales tax (if applicable).
How long does it take for me to get approved after submitting my application packet?
  • We are able to process application forms within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we do ship internationally! However, our website currently supports orders within the United States. For international customers, please call or email, and a member of our sales team will help you place an order. Please provide a complete shipping address to receive a quote on the shipping & handling fee. Please note: There is a 5% International Credit Card processing fee. We can also refer you to our distributors if you are based in their respective region.
Why can’t I put my city/country on the application form?
  • Our online application form is only available for professionals in the United States. If you are an international customer, please email info@skincarecrl.com so we can send a PDF version of the application form for you to fill out.
Can I buy products if I’m not a professional? Where and how?
  • Our website is only set up for professional customers. However, we can assist retail customers via phone or email. Additionally, you may also purchase our products on Amazon and Walmart.com.
Is there an affiliate program?
  • We currently do not have an affiliate program.
I met CRL at a tradeshow and placed an order. Why can’t I access the professional portal?
  • Thank you for taking the time to meet us at the tradeshow. You must submit an application form and a copy of your license to place orders after the tradeshow.

Do you offer private labeling
  • Thank you for your interest in private labeling. Unfortunately, we are not offering private labeling at this time.
Do you have any before/after pictures from a microneedling procedure?
  • We are currently working on receiving pictures to prove that our InnoPen/MTS rollers are effective at reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scars, and hair restoration.

  • While we try to maintain a user-friendly and reliable website, we occasionally experience technical difficulties. We advise that you log out before trying to find/fill out our application form, as customers have told us they can access the application by doing so.

I keep pressing "Place Order," but the website keeps buffering. What should I do next? Will I get charged more than once?
  • While customers should be able to place orders online after they’ve been granted access, customers sometimes run into issues when trying to place their orders. Here are some tips that have helped customers:
  • Using a different Internet browser.
  • Clearing your cache/cookies.
  • If you still cannot place your order online, feel free to place your order over the phone or email at info@skincarecrl.com or 213-384-0500.
I tried placing an online order a few times, but the transaction failed. Why was I charged more than once?
  • Please re-confirm that the billing address associated with the credit or debit card is correct. If you’ve attempted to pay more than once, it may appear in your account as a pending charge. Declined charges will return to your account after 5-7 business days. If you’re unsure why your card is being declined, please call us at 213-384-0500 so we can look into it.
Is there a certain amount I need to spend for free shipping? Why is shipping so expensive?
  • Although we do our best to keep our prices low for our customers, there has been an increase in shipping costs due to inflation. The shipping rates displayed during checkout are the rates FedEx charges CRL. Currently, there is no minimum order total to qualify for free shipping. If you have your own FedEx shipping account and would like to use it for your orders, please call us at 213-384-0500 or email info@skincarecrl.com for more information.
Do you offer training for the InnoPen?
    • Yes, we do offer one-on-one training with our Master InnoPen Trainer. Please contact us for more information.
