- Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery (2-3 business days for expedited delivery), dependent on the location.

- SkinCareCRL.com orders are shipped to 48 States (continental USA) only. We do not ship online orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, US Territories, and International addresses.

Skin Care Products
- If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the unopened item(s) for a refund, please get in touch with us within 30 days of your original invoice date to obtain a Product Return Form. All returns require prior authorization or approval by Clinical Resolution Lab., Inc.
- The Product Return Form will be emailed to you shortly after the call. Please fill out the form completely.
- Product Return Form and all unused product(s) you wish to return must be included in the box. Return will not be accepted without a completed form.
- Only unopened items in their original packaging and undamaged may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus 20% restocking fee. There will be a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee for all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Only items purchased on SkinCareCRL.com and orders placed directly with us via phone or at the tradeshow(s) can be returned to CRL. Products purchased elsewhere or from other vendors/distributors must be returned to the original provider or their point of purchase.
- Kindly note Clinical Resolution Laboratory, Inc. is not responsible for lost returns.
- We will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the credit to post onto your original payment method.
Equipment and Accessories
- Under special circumstances, CRL may consider a return request at our sole and absolute discretion. Suppose CRL makes an exception to accept a return on unopened and unused equipment and/or accessories within 30 days of the invoice date. In that case, there will be a non-negotiable 20% penalty fee for loss of profit and restocking service. CRL will issue a store credit or credit on the account minus 20% penalty fee and the original shipping and handling cost.
CRL reserves the right to deny a return and decline a refund if the item(s) is returned to CRL in non-resalable condition.

- We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Contact us within 10 days of your order receipt to process the exchange and to obtain a Product Return Form/FedEx return label. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges after 10 days.
- The Product Return Form and prepaid FedEx return label will be emailed to you shortly after the call. Please fill out the form completely.
- Product Return Form and all damaged items you wish to exchange must be included in the box. An exchange will only be accepted with a completed form.
- CRL will ship out the replacement item(s) within 1-2 days upon receipt of the damaged items.
If you have not received a refund of your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, please contact us for a status update. If you do not see a refund after reaching CRL, please get in touch with your credit card company for further information.
